Product Return & Refund
Upon receiving the goods, any damage, incorrect delivery, product malfunction or manufacture defect to the goods must be reported within 7 days to enable NGIE ANN to take appropriate action. Each case shall be reviewed and handled separately while NGIE ANN reserves the right to decide whether to refund, replace or claim warranty from the manufacturer. Any refund, unless found to be due to NGIE ANN's fault, will exclude delivery charges incurred. The purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred for return shipping, unless agreed to be absorbed by NGIE ANN as a gesture of goodwill. Any returned goods must be in its original condition (together with its original packaging, warranty card, user manual, accessories and any material that comes with it), or else NGIE ANN reserves the right not to accept or refund in full.
NGIE ANN reserves the right to decide whether to refund or keep any payment as deposit for the next purchase if an order cancellation is made by the purchaser after payment is made. Any order cancellation that is made only after the product has been shipped will not be entertained. Should any order be cancelled by NGIE ANN due to stock shortage or any other reasons that may result in NGIE ANN's inability to fulfil the order, a refund will be made to the customer.
