PRICING AND PROMOTION

All prices and promotions indicated on this online platform are only applicable to customers who purchase directly from this platform (within the promotion period) and may not be applicable to those purchasing from other retail locations or platforms.

PAYMENT

For on-time delivery, all payment must be made in full within 3 working days. NGIE ANN TRADING SDN BHD will not be responsible to ensure on-time delivery if full payment is not made within the specified period. NGIE ANN reserves the right to decide whether any payment that has been made is refundable or exchangeable for other goods.

DELIVERY

We emphasized on delivery within Sarawak mostly in Sibu & Kuching. Any other location would be inquired with an additional of courier charges.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you are within SIBU, KUCHING, SARAWAK you may choose to pick up from our stores or arrange for installation by NGIE ANN.

We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce the processing time. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We cover your shipping charges for purchases with RM450 and Above in a single receipt.

Appliances as below is excluded for our free shipment service:

Big home Appliances are with free shipping and only sells within Sibu, Kuching Sarawak only.

Big Appliance Includes:

Television size with 46" and Above
Air-Conditioner
Refrigerator / Freezer*
Washing Machine/Dryer
Built-in Oven / Microwave Oven*
Any other item weight over 30KGs.

NOTE:

The free delivery offer is only applicable for online order(s).
THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT CHARGES FOR WEST MALAYSIA ORDER.
We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions.

Once the customer made payment for their order, we will be ship within 2-14 days, we will inform to customer if there's any delays. Please note that shipping to WEST MALAYSIA could take longer than a week to you. The delivery service for your order(s) are only will arrive at your doorstep, we will charge for any additional services.

Self-Collection Term

Self-Collection order(s) are only ready for own collection when order(s) is processed. We will inform to the customer through using e-mail and/or phone call when your self-collection order(s) are ready.

Shipping Processing

We could only do online store order processing during weekday, Monday - Friday except Public Holiday.

Installation Services

Installation services are not included in our online store and are not included in the product price. Any installation is not included in price and are not possible for area outside of Sarawak.
